The progress of societies and economies hinges on the creation, dissemination, and utilization
of knowledge. To achieve this, it’s imperative to have a population that is both educated and
skilled. Brigade BCIC Skill Development Academy is on the onset to create manpower that is
skilled enough to build a stronger nation by offering state-of-the-art courses on employee
training & development, essential communication skills development, basic management skills
training, self-management skills program, job readiness skills workshops, and the like.
To give an organized approach to such a noble vision, Brigade Foundation is in the process of
setting up a Skill Development Academy with necessary state-of-the-art infrastructure initially in
the fields of construction, Retail, Tourism & Hospitality, and Manufacturing sectors at its 4.5
acres of land at KIADB, High Tech Defence and Aerospace park, Bengaluru. With this academy,
we will be actively promoting the Skill India Mission of the Government of India.
